Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Glowbord ("Glowbord", "we", "us", "our") is a cloud digital-signage platform that lets businesses show content — menus, offers, videos and live streams — on screens (Android boxes, Samsung and LG smart TVs, ChromeOS and web browsers), managed from one online dashboard. Glowbord is operated by [Registered business / proprietor name], [Registered address, India]. You can reach us at info@glowbord.com.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the content you upload and display on your screens.
3. Plans, pricing & billing
- Free plan: your first screen is free, forever — no credit card required.
- Paid plan: ₹499 per screen per month. Every feature is included on every plan; there are no setup fees and no locked "enterprise" features.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added.
- We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension of the dashboard; your screens continue playing their cached content, but changes are blocked until dues are cleared.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Glowbord to display or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, misleading, or that violates any third party's rights or any law. You are solely responsible for having the rights to all content you upload and show on your screens. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
5. Your content
You keep all ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, cache and display that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, storing it, delivering it to your screens, and generating proof-of-play records). We do not sell your content.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Glowbord running and to keep your screens playing even when the internet drops (content is cached locally on each screen). However, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and free-plan usage carries no uptime commitment.
7. Third-party services
Glowbord relies on trusted third parties to operate — including Razorpay (payments), Clerk (sign-in), and Cloudflare (media storage and delivery). Your use of Glowbord is also subject to their terms where applicable.
8. Cancellation & termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the law. On termination we will delete or de-identify your data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowbord and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
