1. Who we are
Glowbord (operated by [Registered business / proprietor name], [Registered address, India]) is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here. Contact: info@glowbord.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and phone number when you sign up.
- Content you upload: images, videos, menus and other media you add to show on your screens.
- Usage & device data: screen status, playback logs (proof of play), app version, storage and network health reported by your players, and basic analytics about how you use the dashboard.
- Payment data: handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers — we only receive a confirmation and a payment reference.
3. How we use it
- To provide and operate the service — sign you in, deliver content to your screens, and generate proof-of-play records.
- To bill you, prevent fraud, and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and reliable, and to improve it.
- To send you important service messages (e.g. a screen going offline, billing notices).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("data processors") that help us run Glowbord, under appropriate safeguards:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Razorpay | Payments & subscriptions |
| Clerk | Sign-in & account security |
| Cloudflare (R2) | Media storage & delivery |
| Neon / cloud hosting | Database & application hosting |
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers and may be processed on servers located outside India. We take steps to ensure it is protected wherever it is processed.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email info@glowbord.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the dashboard secure. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
9. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation (one customer can never see another's data), and audited changes. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep yours safe.
10. Children

11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you.
